How do I keep a copy of my work before leaving Journeys?

Review the work you need to keep while you still have access. A Socra's Export to PDF action prepares its authored content for your browser's print dialog.

Save a Socra as a PDF

  1. Open the Socra and confirm that its content is current.
  2. Open its actions menu and choose Export to PDF.
  3. In the browser's print dialog, choose Save as PDF where your browser provides it.
  4. Open the saved file and check the title, content, and any attachment names.

The PDF contains the Socra's authored content and metadata. It lists attachment names; it does not package the attachment files. It also does not export the full conversation or every Socra in a Journey.

For conversation text, use a message's Copy text control. On desktop, you can also open the message's context menu with no text selected and choose Copy text. Paste the text into a document you can keep, save it, and check the result. Keep required attachment files separately and verify that you can open them before giving up access.

If PDF preparation fails, keep the Socra open and read the error. An export already in progress must finish before another can start. A timeout can require checking images before retrying.

Leaving access or stopping use

Ask the Account or resource owner to review your membership and direct or inherited sharing when you need access removed. Account membership changes can affect access to other apps, so state which access you want to stop.

Signing out ends your current session. It does not delete shared work or cancel an Account subscription. Trashing a Socra also does not remove Context that was already compiled into a parent Journey or Space.

These steps save individual files and text. They do not provide a complete Account export or migration. Keep any copies you need before requesting deletion.
