Why is my Socra ID verification code not working?
A Socra ID sign-in or password-reset code expires after 10 minutes and permits five attempts. A code that has already been accepted cannot be used again. Enter the code for the sign-in attempt that is open in your browser.
Check the email address shown under Verify your email. Look for the message titled Verify your email address, including in spam or junk folders. Use the six-digit code from that message.
If you entered the wrong address, return to the product and start sign-in with the correct address. On the password screen, Edit lets you correct it before requesting a reset.
When a code has expired or its attempts are exhausted, start a fresh sign-in or password-reset attempt from the product. Use the code for the new attempt. Re-entering an expired code cannot extend its time limit.
During password reset, the code screen can appear for an address that has no matching ID. If no email arrives, check the address you originally used for Socra. Continue with Google is another sign-in path when you use a linked Google identity.
Keep any working signed-in session while you resolve email access. Receiving a code requires access to the displayed mailbox. Changing the address in a sign-in form does not move an existing ID or its Account memberships to a new address.
