A dash means that Fab cannot provide the value. A stale label means a refresh failed and Fab is showing an earlier report. Neither state means zero work occurred.

Select **Data** to inspect the report's period, cutoff, source times, and coverage. Some values can be available while others remain unknown. For example, a closing event can establish throughput while an incomplete history prevents Fab from establishing an Issue's first work start or reopen history.

An empty measured period also differs from missing evidence. If no Issues closed, throughput can be zero, but first-pass success and per-Issue context figures have no denominator. Fab leaves those ratios unavailable.

While Issue histories are being read, the dashboard shows progress. After loading finishes, use **Refresh** to request another read. If a refresh fails, check the error and the age of any retained report before using its numbers.

Check that you selected the intended Account, Module, and period. Fab uses Cortex records you can read. Restricted records are not evidence that an Account has no other work.

The **Open Issues** count includes open and in-progress Issues. This count and the **Oldest open** age describe live inventory, independent of the selected period. They may show a greater-than-or-equal sign. This marks a lower bound when the available pages do not cover the full inventory. Treat that bound as partial evidence.
