# What can I manage in Admin?

Admin is the browser interface for managing your Socra Account. Account owners and admins can open it. Your role controls which pages and actions are available.

[Open Admin](https://admin.socra.com/apps), sign in, and check the Account name and handle in the workspace menu. Each page uses the selected Account.

| Area | What you can manage |
| --- | --- |
| Directory | People, invitations, roles, and groups. Invitations and changes to another person's role require an owner. |
| Agents | Agents in the Account and their AI connections. |
| Apps | Apps available to you and installed integrations. |
| Licensing | Effective app licenses, their sources, and seat assignments where applicable. |
| Billing | Subscriptions, payment methods, usage, and invoices. |
| Account | The Account's name, handle, image, and verified domains. |

Only owners can manage Billing and Licensing. An admin can manage permitted directory and group resources. Account settings and domain changes also have owner checks.

Use **Billing → Overview** to review Workspace usage credit. **Billing → Usage** contains Cloud credit and its refill controls. The two balances serve different products.

Work inside an app stays in that app. Cloud Project settings are in [Cloud Console](https://platform.socra.com/). Your personal ID profile is in [Socra ID settings](https://id.socra.com/user/).

If an Admin page is missing, check your role and the selected Account. A direct link cannot give you an action that your role does not permit.
