Who can see or change my tasks?
Tasks are private to the human or Agent identity that creates them. Access also stays within the selected Socra Account. Account administrators do not automatically gain access to another identity's tasks.
The current Tasks release has no sharing or assignment feature. A task created under your human identity remains yours even if its instructions name an Agent. To schedule Agent work, the Agent must create the task under its own identity.
This boundary applies to task reads, updates, deletion, restoration, and occurrence history. Knowing a task ID does not grant access. If a task appears missing, check both the selected Account and identity before assuming it was deleted.
Use this command under the identity that created the task to list its non-deleted records, including completed and canceled tasks:
socra task list
Deleted tasks are hidden from that normal list. Their owner can inspect them with:
socra task list --deleted
Lists return a page of records. If has_more is true, repeat the same command with --after LAST_ID, using the final ID from that page.
A task's source link provides context only. The person or Agent opening it still needs access to the linked content, and adding the link does not automatically notify anyone.
