What happens when Workspace usage credit runs out?

Usage beyond your team's included Workspace credit is charged at the start of the next billing cycle, along with seats for the month ahead. Pausing an Agent's work does not stop its monthly base charge.

An Agent we manage costs $3 per month, prorated for the part of the cycle that it exists, including time asleep. Running time costs $1 per hour, rounded up to a whole minute for each start-to-sleep session, with a one-minute minimum. Time asleep does not incur running charges. Deleting the Agent stops its base charge.

Each paid Workspace seat includes $20 in monthly usage credit, shared across your team. Unused credit expires at the end of the cycle and does not roll over. See Workspace pricing for the offer.
