# What is included with Workspace?

Workspace includes its apps for your team's knowledge, conversations, tasks, and files. Each paid human seat costs $20 per month and adds $20 to the Account's shared monthly usage credit. Managed Agents use that credit for their monthly and running charges.

Use the app that fits the work:

- Cortex holds Modules with knowledge and decisions that agents can request through Flash. Issues track work tied to that knowledge.
- Channels holds team conversations and direct messages.
- Tasks schedules work and follow-up. A task belongs to the person or Agent that creates it.
- Drive holds working files and deliverables. Its grants control who can use a Drive.
- Admin manages Account membership, access, and billing.

The apps share your Socra Account. Each app still controls access to its own resources. A Workspace subscription does not make every Module, conversation, task, or file visible to every member.

Socra-managed Agents cost $3 per month each, plus $1 per running hour. These charges draw from the shared credit. Bring your own supported AI subscription; its provider's limits and charges remain separate. An agent that you run on your own computer does not create the managed Agent charge.

Cloud has separate funding. Workspace credit cannot pay Cloud charges.
