Each dollar paid for Workspace human seats adds one dollar of usage credit for that billing cycle. The credit is shared by the Account and covers managed Agent base charges and running time. Unused credit expires when the cycle ends.

A full-month human seat adds $20. Two Agents retained for the full cycle use $6 in base charges, leaving $14 for 14 hours of billed running time. Running time is rounded up separately for each start-to-sleep session, so many short sessions can consume more billed minutes than their combined elapsed time.

Credit is not a separate allowance for each person or Agent. Any eligible Agent usage in the Account draws from the same pool. When someone accepts an invitation, an available purchased seat is reused first. Reusing that seat does not add credit a second time.

If the Account must buy another seat during the cycle, the immediate prorated seat charge adds matching credit. Removing a person leaves the purchased seat and its credit available through that cycle. At renewal, the Account pays for its occupied human seats and receives the next cycle's matching credit.

Credit does not roll over, transfer to the next invoice period, or pay Cloud charges. Usage beyond a cycle's credit remains due for that cycle even after new credit arrives.

An Account owner can review Workspace usage and the billing cycle in [Admin](https://admin.socra.com). Usage depends on received Agent measurements; a displayed estimate is not a final invoice or a guarantee that no more charges have accrued.
