How much does Workspace cost?

Workspace costs $20 per human seat per month, paid in advance in US dollars. Each seat includes all Workspace apps and $20 of shared monthly usage credit. Socra-managed Agents cost $3 per Agent per month, plus $1 per running hour, and both charges use that credit.

Two human seats cost $40 for a full billing cycle and provide $40 of shared credit. The credit belongs to the Account, so an Agent can use it without being assigned to a particular person's $20 allowance. Unused credit expires at the end of the cycle.

At renewal, you pay for the next month's human seats and any usage that exceeded the previous cycle's credit. New credit cannot pay an earlier cycle's uncovered usage. If a person joins during a cycle and no purchased seat is free, you pay for the remaining part of that cycle and receive matching credit.

Additional running usage is off by default. This setting does not cap every Agent charge. A retained Agent's monthly base charge continues while the subscription is active, including time asleep, and can exceed available credit.

Your AI provider's subscription and limits are separate. Cloud usage also has separate funding. Connecting an agent that runs on your own computer does not incur the managed Agent base or running charge.
