How do I install or remove a CLI plugin?
Install the plugin for the product whose commands you need. The CLI discovers each installed plugin and adds its command group to help. Removing a plugin removes those local commands; it does not delete the product's Account data.
For example, install the Account plugin and inspect its commands:
socra install account
socra account --help
The shorthand account resolves to @socra/account-cli. You can also supply the full package name. Installation checks that the package registers a CLI command group, so a package download alone does not count as a usable plugin.
An installation can require authentication if the package is restricted. A 401 or 403 response can also come from an invalid or unauthorized credential in your package-manager configuration. Check which package failed and the Account or registry configuration it used; repeatedly updating the CLI does not grant package access. Never include tokens when sharing an error.
To remove the Account plugin from this installation:
socra uninstall account
socra --help
Confirm that the Account command group is no longer listed. Other plugins can need Account commands or authentication support, so keep the Account plugin installed while you use them. Removing the plugin does not remove saved Account profiles or sign you out.
If a command group is missing, install its documented plugin explicitly. The current command host reports an unknown command when a namespace is unavailable. It does not install that namespace automatically.
