How do I install the Socra CLI on an Apple silicon Mac?
Run the macOS installer in Terminal, then check that the socra command is available. The installer includes the runtime the CLI needs. Product commands are provided by separate plugins.
On your Apple silicon Mac, run:
curl -fsSL https://cli.socra.cloud/install.sh | sh
Open a new terminal after installation and check the result:
socra --version
socra --help
The first command prints the installed version. Help lists the core commands and any installed product plugins. If socra is not found, read the installer's final output for its binary location and PATH instructions. A terminal opened before a PATH change may need to be reopened.
The installer selects a supported runtime for your operating system and processor. If it reports an unsupported platform or architecture, keep that error and check the CLI installation page. Do not select an unrelated platform package to suppress the error.
Installation does not sign you in to an Account. To add the Account commands, run:
socra install account
socra account --help
Sign in before using commands that need Account access. For another operating system or processor, use the CLI installation page.
